My first experience of the music field was in grade school when I won a talent show for singing.  I took music and drama classes in High School. I have sang for a number of cover bands through the years.  I got the idea to sing at weddings when my niece (who is a couple of years younger than me) asked to sing at her ceremony in 1994.  Soon after that, a friend (who happened to be a DJ) suggested I get into DJing. Since I have always had an outgoing, fun personality and love to entertain people, I figured I’d give it a try.  I found out quickly that I loved it, and have been doing it ever since.  It also enables me to sing without relying on other band members.  My musical tastes are pretty mainstream, however, I am well-versed in many different genres of music.  My emcee and entertainment style is best described as outgoing and interactive.  I have always had a great sense of humor and the ability to connect with people.

Promptness/Presentation: We arrive no later than one hour prior to starting time, and are appropriately dressed and well groomed for the occasion (basic black tuxedos for weddings and formal affairs). 

Personality: One of the most common complaints about DJ's is that they have no personality.  Your DJ is a reflection of your party.  On the other hand, we realize the DJ is not the main attraction. A good DJ brings life to the party with being the life of the party.  They will provide motivation and enthusiasm, when needed, and keep the dance floor packed. 

Organizational Skills: Our DJs also serve as emcees. They will handle all the special announcements, in addition to any extemporaneous announcements that need to be made throughout the course of the day or evening. The DJ is the glue that bonds all of the elements of the event together. We will coordinate all events with the banquet manager, photographer, videographer and staff. Therefore, it is essential that they have superb organizational and communication skills to ensure that your plans go off without a hitch. Your DJ will serve as coordinator once the event gets started. After all the planning that goes into an event, your only job, once the party begins, is to enjoy yourself. 

Equipment: We bring top-notch, well-maintained equipment to every job. Gemini and Denon mixers and CD Players are standards of the industry. Our speaker systems are state of the art. We also provide quality wireless microphone for special announcements and speeches. All of our music is in CD format. Our systems are regularly checked and maintained so that we may always deliver you a high-quality performance. 

The Music: A party is a gathering of people with many diverse musical tastes. We bring to each and every event a 5000 song music library that is sure to have something for everyone in your crowd. Our vast music library is comprised of songs from the Big Band Era to today's hits and everything in between. All of our professional DJs know how to "read the crowd" and play a good mix of music to provide a smooth flow to the party.
